This week: SPEEDWEVE - Learn to use a Speedweve mending loom to create woven patches for repair and embellishment. Ann Marie will introduce a warp-and-weft approach, with all materials provided so you can experiment freely on a practice patch. As we stitch, we’ll make room to reflect on repair, making amends, and caring for ourselves and the earth.

This week: MAKE - Create a unique journal from upcycled materials and learn a pamphlet stitch to bind its pages. Ann Marie will provide materials, ideas, and guidance. Leave with your new journal and prompts for reflection through words and images. No bookbinding or art experience needed.

This week: MARK - Explore and express thoughts and feelings through process-based artmaking with marks and images—words optional. We’ll begin with a moment of mindfulness practice, then explore materials with a simple reflection prompt. We’ll close with time to reflect together on the experience. No art experience needed.
