DESCRIPTION:Let’s relax and make art together! Join our exploration of mindfulness artmaking and meditation! Tap into a state of flow as you create and practice embracing your curiosity\, allowing it to guide your exploration. Sessions begin with one to two calming and relaxing art prompts and conclude with a sharing of insights. \nMindfulness Artmaking is offered the 1st Wednesday of every month.
