I am committed to offering art therapy resources and techniques to empower individuals and groups as they uncover profound insights about themselves through creative explorations. I firmly believe in fostering outlets for creativity as an integral component to overall well-being.
Some of my areas of experience include anxiety symptoms, depression symptoms, fears, grief and loss, trauma, life changes, and self-esteem. I work primarily with young adults and adults. I serve both those who identify as creatives and those who do not.
I have a Master of Arts in Art Therapy from Saint Mary of the Woods College and I am pursuing credentials as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Registered Art Therapist (ATR). I am under the supervision of Nancy Morales, ATR-BC, LPC.
