We’ll begin by making the journal itself as a creative\, upcycling practice. Each session includes a prompt and a process for exploring your response in meditative ways\, such as collage\, stamping\, or simple mark-making with line\, color\, and shape. What you create goes home with you\, offering a tangible reminder of this practice and a way to continue it beyond class.
