SUMMARY:Visual Journaling
DESCRIPTION:Visual Journaling is a way of having a dialogue with yourself using images and words. It’s open to anyone\, regardless of art experience. We’ll begin by making the journal itself as a creative\, upcycling practice. Each session includes a prompt and a process for exploring your response in meditative ways\, such as collage\, stamping\, or simple mark-making with line\, color\, and shape. What you create goes home with you\, offering a tangible reminder of this practice and a way to continue it beyond class. Attending more than once offers opportunities to try new ways of making journals and to explore different prompts. \nArtist & art therapist intern Ann Marie will guide you through a new visual journaling skill and prompt each week. \nOffered on the first and third Monday of the month \nTo Register CLICK HERE
