I work with individuals and couples ages 18 and up. I help people navigate anxiety, depression, life changes, and life stressors.

I am a talk therapist that uses an existential approach that focuses on human existence including freedom, responsibility, and the meaning of one’s life. A second modality I utilize is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that works to modifying thoughts that are overwhelming and challenging

My focus is encouraging resilience, enhancing self-awareness, and promoting well-being. It is important to me to help individuals and couples work towards change.
